Established as a family business in 1993 in Manisa in western Turkey (please click Google map for address description), our facility uses state-of-the-art production technology, infrastructure and competent staff to produce natural cheese of various types in accordance with the most recent quality standards to satisfy the tastes of our customers. Established on an outdoor area of 12,000 square meters and an indoor area of 3500 square meters, our enterprise can process approximately 150 MT milk daily with 80 employees. Our capacity and diversity of products are expanding further with every passing day in line with the demands of our customers. Our main principle is to achieve and maintain quality at every stage extending from raw material to the consumer, and thanks to our modern infrastructure and trained employees, the requirements for conformity with ISO 22000,ISO 9001 ,TSE and Helal certificates are satisfied.
