Bolt Fasteners Co was founded in 1986 in İstanbul and moved to its current location in Çalı Industrial Zone in Bursa, which has 5500m2 closed and 7500 m2 total area and continues to production in its own building. Bolt integrated 4 new 3-station cold forming machines with a significant investment to improve quality of production and it serves in 1998. Bolt stepped its export operations and services up in automotive industry after this investment. Meanwhlie, Bolt was improving quality activities and they obtained ISO 9002 Quality Certificate as a result of these investments. And then, Bolt obtained ISO 9001-2000, ISO-TS 16949 Quality Certificates and finally with the fact of canalizing towards to automotive industry, ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems Quality Certificate respectively. Our company adopted a philosophy to become a global player and presented its high quality production in domestic and international exhibitions in accordance of company's vision and mission. We expanded production line in 2008 with 5 and 6-station cold forming machines which have a special process fit to produce custom design demanding products. Bolt did not contented with producing custom products and built a laboratory with several test devices which allow to perform all controls of products. In parallel, new investments were added to laboratory including Zwick/Roell 250 kn tensile test machine, 1 ARUN branded spectral analyzer, 1 Zwick/Roell brand digital Rokwell device, 1 Nikon brand 1000 microscope with the capability of augmentation devices. Our company has annual 7.000 tons production capacity and ability to perform all controls of products within its own structure. Additionaly, 2 inspection devices were addedto line which can apply 100% control and sorting, targeting "Zero Defect Part Dispatch". Even oru main target is automotive main and sub-industry, our company also work up for whiteware, furniture, construction companies which are operating in Turkey and Europe. Our company mainly export to European companies ( Germany, France, England, holland, Italy, Greece, Bulgaria ) 30% of whole sales. Most of customers are leading automotive sub-industry or kanban system working operating companies. Bolt Fasteners Co. wurde 1986 in Istanbul gegründet und zog anschließend an den heutigen Standort in der Industriezone von Cali bei Bursa um. Die im Eigentum befindliche Immobilie umfasst eine Fläche von 5.500 qm überbauter und 2.000 qm Freifläche. In 1998 investierte Bolt in 4 neue Dreistufenpressen. Nach dieser Investition fokussierte sich Bolt auf das Exportgeschäft und die Automobilindustrie. Ebenso wurde viel in das Qualitätsmanagement investiert und die Zertifizierung nach ISO 9002 erreicht. Anschließend erfolgte eine erfolgreiche Zertifizierung nach ISO 9001 – 2000 und ISO/TS 16949.Abschließend erfolgte, um den Forderungen der Automobilindustrie gerecht zu werden, die Zertifizierung des Umweltmanagementsystems nach ISO 14001. Unser Unternehmen entwickelte die Philosophie ein Global Player zu werden und präsentiert seither seine Produkte regelmäßig auf Messen im In- und Ausland. In 2008 erweiterten wir unsere Produktion um 5- und 6-Stufenpressen, um den Anforderungen unserer Kunden noch besser gerecht zu werden. Neben Investitionen in die Fertigung haben wir über die Jahre auch fleißig in die Qualitätssicherung investiert, was uns ermöglicht, alle Produktprüfungen selbst vorzunehmen. Investiert wurde unter anderem in eine Zwick/Roell 200 KN Zugprüfungsmaschine, eine ARUN-Gerät zur Spektralanalyse. Ein Zwick/Roell Rockwell Härtemessgerät und ein Nikon 1000 Mikroskop. Mit 2 Sortiermaschinen werden 100%-Prüfungen durchgeführt, um unser Ziel einer Nullfehler-Lieferung zu erreichen. Unser Unternehmen hat jetzt eine jährliche Kapazität von 7.000 Tonnen. Es wurden noch 2 Sortiermaschinen angeschafft, um durch eine 100%-Prüfung unser Ziel einer Nullfehler-Lieferung zu erreichen. Auch wenn unser Hauptabsatzmarkt die Automobilindustrie ist, beliefern wir auch Unternehmen der Weiße-Ware-Industrie, Möbelindustrie und Bauindustrie in der Türkei und in Europa. Wir exportieren ca. 30% unserer Produkte nach Europa (Deutschland, Frankreich, Großbritannien, Holland, Italien, Griechenland und Bulgarien).
