Dorte Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. started its activities at its Ankara facilities with the quick freezing, storage and logistic services for fruits, vegetables, meat, chicken, milk and sea food. The Company, which developed within a short period, increased both its production as well as storage capacity with its frozen food plants established in Uşak. At the Ankara facilities of Dorte Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. a cold air storage exists with bar coded product tracking and storage management system, drive-in shelves and 6.000 tons storage capacity. In addition, there is a quick freezing unit (-40°C) with 24 tons daily capacity. The Company does the distribution of the products up to the end user with its own refrigerated vehicle fleet.
