FRUIT DROPS
Fruit Drops fruit juices has started the production with 5 unique tastes in the city of Nigde city which is one of the central cities of Anatolia. In order to cover the increasing market demand, product range was expanded with the addition of 100% fruit juices with the ‘Fruit Drops’ brand. With a continous expansion of the product portfolio by the R&D activities, Drops products are present in both domestic and international markets with 18 different tastes in 200 ml and 1000 ml tetra and glass bottles. Drops is also making Private Label Production for numerous companies with several options attractive tetra and glass bottles. Private Label Fruit Juice production can be made with both conventional and organic fruits according to customer’s request. All products are certified TSE, ISO 9001:2008, KOSHER, HELAL, Organic Master (ORGANIC, EU ORGANIC, JAS ORGANIC). Nearly all of these products are produced from carefully selected fruits grown in GOKNUR AŞ.’s own orchards like that the ‘FROM TREE TO BOTTLE’ motto is fulfilled. Factory FRUIT JUICE LINE In the plant exist : a. 1 x 1000 ml IPI filling line with 3600 lt/h capacity. b. 1 x 1000 ml IPI filling line with 4.000 lt/h capacity. c. 1 x 200 ml IPI filling line with 1.000 lt/h capacity (5.000 pack/h capacity). d. 1 x 200 ml IPI filling line with 12.000 lt/h capacity. The factory's production ability is 164.800 Lt /hour and 49.440.000 Lt/year various kinds of fruit juices. Production facilities were established on an area of 150.000m2 on the Kayseri highway 15 km from Nigde province. It is located in Nigde province which is known as fruit warehouse of Turkey. We have 2000 hectares pomegranate orchard which named organic "Pomegranate Valley" in the village Uluchinar which depends on Imamoglu. Also 250 hectares orchard of organic peach, 2200 hectares of organic apple orchard which named "Apple Valley" in Ovajyk town of Nigde province 5 km from the premises. We are also cultivating fruits on 250 hectares apricot and 250 hectares grape. Thanks to this great project, DROPS aims at produce all juices with home-grown fruits and realize the idea which is their slogan "FROM TREE TO BOTTLE".
