Cutting Process is made by knife (Slitter). Cutting unit is driven pneumatically. Forming and seaming is designed mechanically.
This machine and Auto Duct Forming machine has the same characteristics. In addition; it makes needed perspectives to produce S&Drive ducts. Auto duct forming machine with notching system has a punch system more than a standard Auto Duct Forming Machine. The Machine can be arranged for both sparking flange and self flange. This machine is designed specially for HVAC industry also used to form the side of the sheet metal. It has got 2 different types; one is with 7 stations and the other one is with 9 stations. Both types can work with 1,2 mm sheet thickhness. Two roller sets are standard in the machine. Roller sets are made of high quality steel in order to extend the life time. Working height can be adjustable in order to increase the safety. It works very quite. Pre bending can be adjustable in order to increase the safety. Pre bending can be done by using the adjustable roller set.
The duct zipper machine is designed to seam the rectangular ducts, square ducts and plain sheets. The machine can make both rectangular and square form clamps. The clamps is formed in three stages. Firsty it is rollformed to both sheets at the front bending. Secondly, conjunction of the sheets is obtained an lasty the clamp is made.
