Our company, Kuban Makina, was established in 1996 by Ahmet Demirden in İzmir, Turkey. KUBAN SHARP PRO is an industrial coffee grinder. It is named “Pro” since it combines the latest technology and the highest quality products. It is the best solution for industrial mass production with its extremely powerful motor, stainless steel discs of 200 mm, and double cooling fans. In addition, it has its own chrome lower hopper for storing ground coffee. KUBAN SHARP is a semi-industrial coffee grinder. It is used for commercial and industrial purposes to obtain freshly-ground coffee. With the adjustment lever on the front panel, it can perform 3 different grinding operations: espresso, drip coffee, and Turkish coffee. It can grind various grains and spices as well as coffee beans. With the “clip” above the exit chute, it offers complete service by enabling instant packaging. When preparing Turkish coffee, the most important factor after the roast level is the grind setting. It is the best grinder for Turkish coffee with its fineness value of 50 - 100 microns. Since it is manufactured to grind various spices and minerals in addition to Turkish coffee, it is the most ideal choice for personal and shop-type use. We design and manufacture shop-type coffee grinders for not only coffee shops, but also cafés, department stores, and all coffee-lovers. EUROPEAN STANDARDS: All of our products have CE Certification. WORKING PRINCIPLE: You only need to fill the upper hopper and start the machine. The Plexiglas bean hopper is filled with coffee beans. The desired grind size can be adjusted with the adjustment lever on the front panel. The ground coffee falls into the container under the grinder. As the grinder heats up, it serves as a kind of roaster. It must be noted that Turkish coffee darkens and loses its flavor when the temperature exceeds the range of 50-60 degrees.
