Signode´s high-tech embossed polyester strapping provides reliable performance in a variety of applications that require exceptional power with its ability to maintain tension. Product Advantages It is an ideal packaging solution for applications requiring light and medium levels of strength due to its ease of use, economy and fast application features. It is used smoothly in all types of strapping hand tools, semi-automatic or fully automatic strapping machines. BPT-H32 Battery powered steel strapping hand tools provide highspeed operation and unique performance for steel strapping applications. The hand tool, completed with an ergonomic design and multiple performance enhancing features, improve productivity for a wide range of applications – both stationary and mobile anywhere in the plant. 32mm Magnus and Apex steel straps are the products suitable for use. It has high tension feature to provide maximum power and performance for steel strapping applications and provides fast strapping. It improves productivity for a wide range of applications with automatic operation and numerous performance enhancements.
The latest generation of BXT tools have been designed in collaboration with some of the most demanding manufacturing plants across Europe, ensuring that the BXT3 strapping hand tool consistently offers industry leading performance. The innovative integrated touch screen allows users to easily change tool settings to suit their specific requirements whilst the display also provides an indication of the tension force being applied as well as strap cycle completion. Product Benefits: It has been developed to provide low cost, stability and durability. The superior charging technology of the BXT-3 allows the lithium-ion battery to be charged at all times, achieving 75-80% of the total charge power of the battery, with only 15 minutes of charging. The full charging time is only 30 minutes. There is no need to wait for the discharge. The BXT3 is very comfortable to use due to its lightweight and ergonomic design and can cope with the most demanding industrial applications. All tensioning and bonding operations are managed with a single electronic button to make them simple and fast.
Signode polypropylene strapping is designed for manual and pneumatic hand tools, semi-automatic and automatic milling machines and is a highly qualified strapping for bundling and packaging applications requiring low and medium strength. It has excellent elongation recovery properties, making it ideal for products that shrink or compress, such as corrugated cardboard and newspaper.
