1987 senesinde Kayseri ve İç Anadolu bölgesinde ilk panjur uygulaması yapan firma olarak faaliyetine başlamıştır. İlerleyen dönemlerde inşaat ve yapı malzemelerinin imalatını ve montaj uygulamalarını gerçekleştirmiştir. Şirketimiz bu yıllarda teknoloji ve istihdama yaptığı yatırımlarla pvc pencere işine başlamıştır. 1992 yılında PVC Pencere üretici bayiliğine, 1995 yılı içerisinde Özerpan markası ile çift cam imalatına başlamıştır. Sizlerden aldığı enerji ve güvenle 1999 yılında da Kayseri'nin ve İç Anadolu'nun en büyük panjur ve kepenk tesisinde üretime başlamıştır. Şirketimiz ayrıca Pvc pencere konusunda Winsa'nın en büyük üretici bayisi olup, yurt içi ve yurt dışında montaja hazır bitmiş pencere üretimi gerçekleştirmektedir. Bunun dışında yine 2 alman PVC firmasının ürünlerini satmaktadır. Firmamız 2009 yılından itibaren Trakya Cam'ın Isıcam markasının yetkili üreticisidir.
