We are one of the leading company within thermoforming industry with the motivation of our performance through customers satisfaction. Currently Paye Plast continue its solution oriented production with 12 thermoforming machines up to 2200x4800 mm, ultra-sonic frequency welding machines and plastic trimming machines in its production line. Paye Plast added 6 axes cutting robot and 5 Axes CNC trimming machine up to 2200x5000 mm, to become competitive and to take an advantage in its industry. Thermoforming machines have double resistance system, it makes homogeneous heating and protects the mat color of the material with reducing fragility characteristic, that gives an advantage to our final products and make our production process much faster. 1994 – Founding in Bursa Paye Plast has been established in 1994 with the production of mudguard arch cover and other thermoforming parts for automotive industry. 2002 – New Vision Paye Plast has been passed on to the current owner. He started to enlarge production fields with the 10 years company experience and his new vision. 2008 – ISO 9001 : 2008 Paye Plast has received ISO 9001 : 2008 quality certificate for the purpose of to reach quality requirements. 2010 – Moving to a new production location Based on its innovative capabilities and stable growth, Paye moved to a larger production plant which has 4400 m2 covered area in Hasanağa Organized Industrial Zone in Bursa. 2010 - Cooperation with OEM Paye Plast has started to cooperate with OEMs as a TIER2 supplier through all its experience and knowledge . 2010 – Running to export Paye Plast has run to export to Eastern European countries and Foreign Sales Department has been founded. 2013 – New investments Paye Plast invested the biggest (2200x4800) thermoforming machine of Turkey. Paye invested also 5 Axes CNC(2200x5000) Trimming machine. 2014 – ISO / TS 16949 Certificated Paye Plast received the certificate with the way of ‘’Unconditional Customer Satisfaction’’ and ‘’Continuous Improvement ‘’ . These recognitions ensures that each product we produce and deliver meet the highest levels for quality.
