The foundations of Sema were laid in 1997 in Istanbul. Sema is the leading mould manufacturer in Turkey with an officially approved R&D centre mainly manufacturing for Automotive and Home Appliance industries. Throughout the years we have gained huge export experience by exporting to Europe, Asia (China and India), and United States. We operate in Çerkezköy and Eskişehir plants. We have all technical equipment and machines to manufacture plastic injection moulds up to 60 tons Furthermore, we are able to manage 30 tools at the same time. We are able to provide our customers measurement report based on CMM and 3D surface scan dimension control.
