Zeta Industry currently manufactures monthly average 500.000 pcs of Epoxy Coated Dowelbar products in 4.500 m2 covered area inside its manufacturing plants using computer-controlled robotic system tandem lines and can increase its production capacity according to the frequency of the purchase orders and requests. Monthly Rebar production capacity can be rised up to 3.000 metric tones. Epoxy coated Reinforcing Bar / Rebar is used to strengthen the reinforced concrete construction. It is generally called as rebar abroad. Epoxy Coated Rebar plays a significant role in prevention of corrosion which causes cracks in concrete blocks especially in strategic and qualified infra and superstructures, roads, bridges, viaducts and industrial facilities and plants.
• Tie Bars are epoxy-coated steel equipment used to strengthen reinforced concrete constructions. Epoxy Coated Tie Bars are used along with Epoxy Coated Dowel Bars. Epoxy Coated Tie Bars are placed in parallel with pavement surface in specific intervals to be determined for the reinforced concrete areas. When the concrete is poured, the reinforced concrete construction turns into more solid, more flexible and more endurable construction thanks to Epoxy Coated Dowel Bars and Epoxy Coated Tie Bars inside.
