We have been on manufacturing since 2000 Sahler Plasitk Ltd. has been manufacturer of auto body side moldings , trim moldings in extrusion&injection machines and custom fit gear shift knob&bellow sets , steering wheel and rubber&plastic auto parts in injection machines since 2000. Our production is internationally recognized to correspond the demands of the end user, the automotive aftermarket and other sectors that we can offer any finished or semi-finished products on request. Sahler Plastik Ltd. is very attentive on making the right selection of raw materials and intermediate products, quality controlling and packing. By 2017, Sahler has started to manufacture custom fit car floor mats and trim to fit floor mats in plastic injection machines to offer standart superior quality with faster production. Our all molds are quality steel that we can pattern any design on molds. The quality&appearance of our production can not be compared to other production styles like termo-forming or traditonal rubber press or cooking. Sahler uses 3D Laser Measurement Device to ensure an exact fit to every different car models. Sahler uses Termo Plastic Elastomer as raw material to follow quality requirement of car manufacturers in terms of quality, health and enviroment sensitvity.
