We are a pistachio and almond processing company, producing every form of these two nuts; in-shell*, whole kernels, diced kernels, paste and oil*. Our state of the art facility is equipped with roasting systems, optical sorters, mechanical sorters and a comprehensive lab for physical, chemical and microbiological analysis. This enables us to deliver customized, high quality products with consistency, while focusing on hygiene. We are a family business established in 1900, currently managed by the 4th generation. We have been processing nuts for more than a century. Our experienced team includes food engineers, production engineers, microbiology technicians and international trade experts.
