The main philosophy term of the company CALISKAN comes from its meaning; HARDWORKING! As it's the family name of the founder Mr.Nihat ÇALIŞKAN who devolved the management of the company to his sons since 2000. The CALISKAN became a registered company in year 1994 but the trade marathon started in 1968 in a small trade house. There has been huge development happened in the company as on a large scale and today nothing is the same but only the unchanged things is the "Turn of Mind". Today we summerize this philosophy with the word: "We do not promise You the Quality!, We give You the Quality!..." CALISKAN Agriculture's first activity was producing and exporting fresh and dried natural mushrooms (conic morels), capers and laurel leaves. But by seeing and appreciating the advantage of diversity and abundance of the natural agricultural products in the region, the company has extended its product portfolio towards herbs & spices and other natural mushroom products. Now we are mostly concentrated on the spices, seeds, essential oils and morels in our own production facility with the internatioanl food safety regulations. Today the CALISKAN serves all its experiences on Purchasing and Production of Turkish Herbs and Spices to all customer in world market and the quality of products and Customer service are consecrated by all Clients&Friends This valuable standing was achieved with a perfect control system which was certified with ISO22000 and HACCP The company reached a high position in production of Bay Leave in Turkey with the new built facility is placed on 8.000 m² with 6.000 m² production hals which contains highest hygienic and technologic conditions. CALISKAN also known as one of the most reliable producer of Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary, Sage, Aniseed, Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds, with the advantage of to be established at the source of mentioned Agriculture products.
