Establishment 1983 Activities Production of Refined Sunflower oil, All Kind of Olive oil and Sunflower Seed Kernel Employees 220 people Our factory owns modern and the latest technology plant and thus it produces 300 tons/day refined vegetable oils in the most hygienic conditions Sayinlar A.S have incorporated a crude oil plant at 2008 .Crude oil processing plant is one of most modern oil plants in Turkey because of equipment technology and process. The capacity of the plant is 300 tons of cotton seed or 200 tons of sunflower/canola/soybean/corn germ per day. Sayinlar A.S have incorporated a sunflower seed kernel plant at 2011. The capacity of the plant is 220 tons/per month. In our factories, with the help of the automation system, which controls all the stages of production, the refining is carried out according to the characteristics of the raw material. Thus, the human mistake will be cut the minimum and the efficiency brought to the maximum. On the plant the production is carried out according to the international standards. We have been production Crude Sunflower oil, Soybean oil, Canola Oil, Corn oil and Cottonseed oil ;also production Refined Sunflower oil, Soybean oil ,Canola Oil ,Corn oil and Cottonseed oil which are packaged in 1lt,2lt,3lt,5lt Pet Bottle, 5lt,10lt,18lt Tin Bottle. Also we have production all kind of olive oil which are packed by 250cc, 500cc,1lt glass bottle and 5lt,10lt,18lt Tin Bottle. Kind of olive oil which are produces in our factory . Extra virgin olive oil which has a free acidity, expressed as oleic acid, of not more than 0.8 grams per 100 grams. Virgin olive oil which has a free acidity, expressed as oleic acid, of not more than 2 grams per 100 grams Pure Olive oil which consisting of a blend of refined olive oil and virgin olive oils fit for consumption as they are. It has a free acidity, expressed as oleic acid, of not more than 1 gram per 100 grams. Refined olive oil is the olive oil obtained from virgin olive oils by refining methods which do not lead to alterations in the initial glyceridic structure. It has a free acidity, expressed as oleic acid, of not more than 0.3 grams per 100 grams Our company have a strict quality controls system and in full compliance with ISO 22000- 2005 Food Safety Management System Certificate , also have TSE Certificates, ISO 9001- 2008 Quality Management System Certificate . 40 % of oil is sold in domestic market and 60% are exported to 20 countries to worldwide such us Iraq, U.A.E, Qatar, Palestina, Libya, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, Bahrain, Norway, Turkish Republics, Cyprus, JAPAN, Hong-Kong, South Korea, Togo, Mauritius, Seychelles, Angola, Ethiopia….
