As MertMet, we are pleased to introduce you to our company, which we laid the foundations of with Atilla Şardağ in 2005 Izmir TURKEY and completed the institutionalization steps in 2020. MertMet was established to meet the basic raw material needs of the iron and steel industry, and provides services to medium and small scale industrial enterprises in the market, both in raw materials and metal forming. We have made it our goal to respond to all the needs of the sector with our wide and state-of-the-art machinery. We works in area of production plant 1500 m2 ; CNC PLASMA : 25mm thickness with plasma and sheets up to 200mm with oxygen by an oxygen machine and Agent branded cnc plasma cutter at the size of 3500x7500 with 260amps. CNC LASER : 15mm with our LVD branded 4kw power and 1500x3000 machine with double table within reasonable deadlines. PRESS MACHINE: Our 220 ton capacity press brake, at the size of 3000x12mm, has a wide range of molding and bending any desired iron sheets with precision. Guillotine : We are able to cut all kinds of sheets with precise tolerance with our Baykal branded machine with a capacity of 3000 X 6 mm. Welding Paint : We can provide you with painting service for the cut and bent products together with welding works with the help of our solution partners giving a delivery service and within reasonable price ranges and deadlines. Also we services and sales kind of all sheet steel products ; HRP Steel , Galvanized Steel , CR Steel etc. In this context, we would like to take part in the needs and purchases of our valued customers and to serve them.
