Omni Industries, LLC was founded in 1978 as a small family business selling petrochemicals. Soon after Omni Industries, LLC integrated into the brake fluid market and has become a major supplier of brake fluid in the US. After 30 years, Omni Industries, LLC supplies approximately 15% of the US aftermarket with brake fluid. Seeing opportunity in the major lubricant markets, Omni Industries, LLC opened a packaging facility in Shreveport, Louisiana in 1998. This expansion involved the installation of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at the Port of Shreveport/Bossier now known as Omni Specialty Packaging, LLC. While most of the thru-put at Omni Specialty Packaging, LLC has been in private label manufacturing, We developed our own labels, Pure Guard and Xtra Rev. In order to further enhance efficiencies and maximize customer service, Omni Freight Systems, LLC began operating November 1st, 2006 as the distribution and logistics arm of Omni Specialty Packaging, LLC and Omni Industries, LLC. The corporate office of Omni Industries, LLC, located in Greenwell Springs, Louisiana, services as the corporate headquarters for all the our companies; Omni Specialty Packaging, LLC and Omni Freight Systems. At this time, we have grown to be a three generation family enterprise conducting business in markets local, regional, throughout North America, and around the globe.
