ÇEBİTAŞ DEMİR ÇELİK ENDÜSTRİSİ A.Ş was founded in heavy industry area in Aliağa Nemrut / İzmir, on a land of 225.431 square meters in total, 63.500 square meters of which is indoor area. The company premises comprises of a steel plant and a rolling mill unit connected to oxygen, argon, nitrogen production and dust collection plants and cooling water preparation plants. Steel billet production capacity of the steel plant: 750.000 Tons / Year Deformed bar production capacity of the rolling mill unit: 600.000 Tons / Year We have more than 500 employees in our factory. Safety of our personnel and the quality of working conditions are extremely important for us. For ÇEBİTAŞ, has always been environment friendly since the day it was founded, the environmental awareness is just as important as the quality awareness. ÇEBİTAŞ proved its sensitivity in this issue also with the investments it has made and it was deemed worthy of appreciation many times by Ministry of Forestry and Urbanization and the Municipality of Aliağa. In our steel plant, one of the production plants is equipped with modern technology, we produce semi-finished products with dimensions of 100x100mm, 120x120mm, 130x130mm and 150x150mm. We are able to produce deformed bars for construction in flat, round and ribbed types with diameters of 8 mm to 50 mm by rolling the steel billets in the rolling mill unit. ÇEBİTAŞ always gives priority to the awareness of quality. For this purpose we test the manufactured products in the physical and chemical analysis laboratories and offer them to our esteemed customers that fully meet the quality requirements and standards. It is possible for us to manufacture the products upon the requests of our customers all around the world, in accordance with the standards and quality requirements of different countries. The reliability of our quality has been registered with ISO 9001:2008 ‘Quality Assurance System Certificate” and CARES ‘Quality Management System Certification’.
