Diniz Adient is one of the largest car seat manufacturers in the country and is focused on improving the production methods and tools of vehicle seats and components. Diniz Adient is a joint venture between Adient and Diniz Holdings and located in Bursa, Turkey. The shares in this joint venture are 50% Diniz Holdings and 50% Adient. Adient was founded in 1883 and Diniz Holding was founded in 1955. Bursa plant has 14000 square meters closed area, 5000 square meters open area and has three facilities (sewing, metal welding and assembly (JIT)) together. The main customers are Renault, Honda, Ford and Nissan and the main products of Diniz Adient are complete seats, seat metals and mechanisms, and automobile seat covers. Diniz Holdings, the one of the shareholders, has over 400 Million USD turnover, 4100 employees, 12 companies and 4 international joint-venture companies. Adient, the other shareholder, is leader in automotive seating (complete seating, trim and trim fabric, metal & mechanisms, seating foam, headrests / armrests) with unmatched global reach and scale over 33 countries. Diniz Adient has many quality and environment certificates such as ISO/TS 16949 (2002), OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, Ford Q1, Johnson Controls BOS. Diniz Adient is also a research and development center which has been certified and promoted by Ministry of Industry of Turkey. Diniz Adient has also testing capabilities such as Seat Belt Anchorage testing, Air Bag Deployment laboratory, climatic tests. Our Company has a metrology and material testing laboratory with a wide variety of equipment.
