Our company was established in the village of Fidyekızık in 1986. Previously, candied chestnut production were maintained as a deal from father and grandfather.Recep AYDIN, the founder of our company, his experience associated with chestnuts has led to setting up a professional company working in a serious manner. Candied chestnuts raw materials are produced from Ottoman chestnuts that grow on the slopes of Uludag Bursa by selecting carrefully. Our company which has become synonymous with Bursa, is committed to quality first principle in production and the value of the importance of quality and hygiene to be given, are expressed at every opportunity. Over time, annual production volume to reach 350-400 tons, by following the developing technology closely with “chestnut peeling machine” imported from Italy in 2004, our company has expanded its machinery.
