Usta Food industry is a leading supplier of high quality agricultural products, such as apricots. Founded in 1933 in Malatya, Usta Food has achieved is initial success in the domestic market as growers, suppliers and merchants of dried apricots and kernels. We are now a leading exporter in the industry. Usta mainly deals with manipulation and exporting of dried sweet apricots of all sizes packaging is performed in 12,5 and 5 kg net bulk and top layered cartons, cellopacks, cellobags, trays and also on costumer demand any packaging requirement can be meet. Usta also exports dried figs, hazelnut, diced and industrial grade apricots, sweet and bitter apricot kernels. Our production facilities are based in Izmir and Malatya. The covred area of the newly constructed Izmir factory is 7000 sqm where high - tech process equipment made of stainless steel are utilized. During the apricot season, the total number of personnel involved in operations rises to 500, that is including administrative stuff.
