Anamas Yay (spring) was established in 1978 in Konya, Turkey. We started up our business in producing spring’s field and developed our products gradually, soon after we have merged the CNC machines technology into our operations system and intend to update it constantly. Nowadays, we are producing different forms of springs measuring 0.20 m to 16.00 m in diameter, for instance, compression, extension springs (which take helical, conical, cylindrical shapes), torsion springs, wire forms, retaining rings, and square and rectangular springs by using the CNC technology. During the 44 years since the establishment of our company, we can say that we have made our own identity in the Turkish market well-deserved through our persevering team and continuous work to develop manufacturing processes by selecting the highest quality types of raw materials from inside and outside Turkey and through permanent supervision in our laboratories during production and post-manufacturing operations, wherefore we aim always to keep abreast of all the technical developments that necessary to develop our products and present them in a superior way, and we also strive to avoid any technical problem that the clients may face and adhere to the agreed delivery dates to maintain confidence and credibility and achieve full satisfaction of our customers.
This type of spring is produced as an intermediate connecting piece to lock the fasteners and prevent them from coming out in situations such as vibration. They are designed with the latest CNC technology. The wire diameter is from 1.00 mm to 8.00 mm with different thicknesses and lengths according to the customer's request. This type is manufactured to prevent the nut from coming out of its place as a result of bending the screw, by passing it through the hole designed for it.
It works by resisting the forces applied in the direction of rotation and torsion. Torsion spring has a variety of tip shapes according to the place of use, it is produced with a wire with a diameter of 12.00 mm. They are produced in these sizes from 0.30mm to 7.00mm using the latest CNC technology.

The grommets are a type of strut that has many varieties such as round, oval, hexagonal, and octagonal, are usually attached to bushings, pistons, shafts, and cylinders, which act as baffles. Sections with different shapes and features are produced with the latest CNC technology in sizes starting from 0.20 mm to 10.00 mm in diameter.
This type of spring is produced with great care according to the nature of use, in order for this type of spring to provide more efficient strength, heat treatment is carried out in special furnaces, starting from 0.30 mm to 14.00 mm in accordance with CNC technology standard TS 1442.
This type provides high resistance against pressure, it has two types: conical and cylindrical, and there are three types of conical: (slightly conical, double ends, and the type of barrel) This spring is produced with a diameter of 0,20mm to 16,00mm manufactured by high-tech CNC machines within TS 1440 standards. Areas of use: auto parts, agricultural machinery, sewing machines, medical devices, military defense industries, and household devices.
