What Are Your Rights as a Relevant Person?

According to Article 11 of the PDP Law, data owners have right

  • To Learn whether personal data is processed or not,
  • If personal data has been processed, to request information about it,
  • To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
  • To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
  • To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring processing are eliminated, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the PDP Law and other relevant laws, and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
  • To object to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • To request the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data

If you submit your requests regarding your rights to us through the methods specified in the TicaretAtlası Bilgi Sistemleri The Relevant Person Application Form at www.tradeatlas.com/tr, your application will be evaluated and finalized as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. Although it is essential not to charge any fee for the requests, the Company keeps its right to charge a fee based on the rates determined by the PDP Board.

The Relevant Person undertakes that the information subject to this Clarification Text is complete, accurate and up-to-date, and will immediately update them in case of any changes in this information. The Company will not have any responsibility if the Relevant Person does not keep the information updated.

The Relevant Person accepts that s/he may not be able to fully benefit from the operation of the website, in case s/he makes a request that will result in the inability to use any of his or her personal data by the Company, and declares that any responsibility arising in this context will belong to her or him.
