Press-welded leaf busbars are produced from Cu-HCP strips varying between 0.05 mm and 0.20 mm by placing the leaves on top of each other, pressing and welding without any additives. This special welding process takes place under high pressure and temperature. Their resistance is close to zero and their conductivity is the same as those of busbars. According to their usage areas, S or V norms can be applied to prevent friction, and two-way movement can be achieved by applying a U-shaped form. These connection bars both have the same cross section along their length and have excellent conductivity thanks to their homogeneous molecular structure. Connection surfaces can be bare or Silver, or they can be plated with Tin and Nickel according to your needs. Bore diameter varies according to customer demands. Insulation; PVC, silicone or heat shrink pipes and extruded PVC options are available.
These bars are highly flexible and they are wired with Annealed or Tinned Cu-ETP Wires and are produced by pressing from seamless Cu-ETP pipes. Braided Flexible Busbars are preferred in low and high voltage areas with high vibration and flexibility, as they are moving elements. Braided flexible busbars in standard and special designs can be produced for various applications. These braided busbars can transfer Low and High currents. Busbars are made of Electrolytic copper (Annealed or Tinned) wires. It minimizes the deformation caused by heat and vibration in the Energy Transfer of Bus-Bar Systems. Connection surfaces can be bare or Silver, or they can be plated with Tin and Nickel according to your needs. Bore diameter varies according to demand. Insulation; PVC, silicone or heat shrink pipes and extruded PVC options are available.
