ABOUT US Founded in 1995, Elimex is one of the leading companies in the manufacture of chairs made of solid wood. With 10 000 chairs a month we are among the companies with the largest production capacity in Bulgaria. A large share of the manufactured chairs are from our vintage collection – Viennese models. We have a wide range of over 150 models of chairs, stools, bar stools and armchairs. In our rich collection you will find models for every taste and style: from chairs with classic and clean lines through timeless Viennese chairs to modern and luxurious models. All our products are of high quality and precise workmanship. Elimex extends more than 60,000 m² and has over 300 employees. The company has a large, modern and high-tech machine park and own drying chambers with 800 m³ capacity. The main production facility is located in the town of Troyan. In 2015, the company expanded its production by opening a new plant in Bansko. Much of the timber is imported from Ukraine, where we have our own wood processing facility. Ние сме сред фирмите с най-голям производствен капацитет в България с 10 000 стола месечно, като голям дял от произвежданите столове са от винтидж колекцията ни – виенски модели. Елимекс се простира на повече от 60 000 м²и има над 300 работника. Фирмата разполага с голям, модерен и високотехнологичен машинен парк и собствени сушилни с 800 м³ капацитет. Основната производствена база се намира в гр.Троян. През 2015 г. Фирмата разшири своето производство с отварянето на нов цех в гр.Банско. Голяма част от дървения материал внасяме от Украйна, където имаме собствен цех за преработка на дървесина. Около 99 % от продукцията на Елимекс е за износ. Клиентите са ни от цяла Европа, а също така и от Израел, Канада, САЩ и Япония. Ние посрещаме нуждите на нашите клиенти едновременно и от дизайн и от комфорт, подхождаме с уважение и професионализъм към тях. The chairs we offer are made of solid wood, mainly beech and oak. We work with high-quality water-soluble paints and varnishes that we apply with an electrostatic painting robot. We offer a wide variety of fabrics, artificial and genuine leather. We use fire resistant foam for upholstery. We maintain high quality by constant checks throughout the whole production cycle. We select, harvest and dry the raw materials. Blanks go through a series of machine operations. We have 8 CNC robotic machines. The final products are packed in suitable packaging that ensures defect-free transportation to the final destination. Approximately 99% of our production is for export. We have customers all over Europe, as well as Israel, Canada, USA and Japan. We meet our customers’ needs for both design and comfort, and we approach with respect and professionalism to all their requests.
