Rose Crisp Flaky Pastry

INGREDIENTS Crisp flaky pastry dough, pistachio, milk cream, butter, semolina, salt. HOW TO MAKE Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown in the preheated oven at 180 °C. Pour the warm syrup you have prepared before on the rose crisp flaky pastry and serve it.

Baklava

INGREDIENTS Flour, Egg, Starch, Sugar, Peanut, Plain Butter. HOW TO MAKE Heat at 180 °C in thepreheated oven for 5-6 minutes.

Kunafah

INGREDIENTS Shredded wheat, salt-free cheese, butter, vegetable oil. HOW TO MAKE Put the kunafah in a suitable tray and bake it at 250 °C (8-10 min.) in the pre-heated oven until it is browned. Pour the previously prepared warm syrup and serve it with ice cream, cream or pistachios preferably. If desired, both sides can be fried on the stove and in the tray or in a teflon pan.

INGREDIENTS Dark chocolate (30%), cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulgator (soy lecithin), sugar, pasteurized butter, vegetable fat, wheat flour, egg, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate). HOW TO MAKE It will be heated for 1-2 minutes at the top level of the microwave oven

Churros

INGREDIENTS Dark chocolate (30%), cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulgator (soy lecithin), sugar, pasteurized butter, vegetable fat, wheat flour, egg, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate). HOW TO MAKE It will be heated for 1-2 minutes at the top level of the microwave oven.

Crisp Flaky Pastry

INGREDIENTS Crisp flaky pastry dough, pistachio, milk cream, sugar, butter, semolina, salt. HOW TO MAKE It is cooked in a pan at low heat until it turns pink by turning both sides or it is put on a tray in the heated oven at 200-220for 8-10 minutes until it becomesgolden brown. Icecream and peanuts can be added preferably

Semolina Dessert (Helva)

INGREDIENTS Semolina, sugar, oil, pistachios. HOW TO MAKE Prepared by heating to the highest degree in the microwave oven for 2 minutes before serving. Ice cream, pistachio, cream can be added preferably.

Shredded Wheat Coated Fried Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS Milk, sugar, salep, cinnamon, molasses, shredded wheat. HOW TO MAKE Deep fry at (180 °C) for 25 seconds

Jalapeno Cheese Ball

INGREDIENTS Mozzarella cheese, ezine cheese, cream cheese, wheat flour, yeast, jalapeno pepper, salt. HOW TO MAKE Deep fry for 2 minutes (at 180°C). When frying, make sure that the product is completely submerged in oil. Wait for 2minutes and then serve. There is no need for thawing.There is no need for thawing.

Olives Cheese Ball

INGREDIENTS Olive, cheese, onion, capia pepper, corn, wheat flour, breadcrumbs, thyme, chili pepper, salt. HOW TO MAKE Deep fry for 2-3 minutes(at 180 °C). When frying, make sure that the product is completely submerged in oil. Wait for 2 minutes and then serve. There is no need for thawing
