SPECIAL TYPE TRANSFORMER

Produced within a power range between 10 – 100.000 kVA , up to 170 kV high voltage level, three phase or single phase, oil immersed, ONAN, ONAF, OFWF, with Off-Load or On-Load Tap Changer, used both external and internal.Dimensions of transformer conservator are determined and designed after several heat calculations of the oil stored in expansion tank and oil level changes by heat.Being open to atmosphere, oil pressure changes continuously in Conservator Type Transformers due to thermal effects and exchange of air is dehumidified via air breather silicagel.

DRY TYPE CAST RESIN TRANSFORMER

Our MFC branded dry type cast resin transformers are being manufactured to serve in to the market with high qualityfrom 100kVA up to 10mVA and 52kV isolation level three or single phase and AN/AF cooling type. Our company, provides dry type cast resin transformers with high quality and performance for various applications to the market. Due to compatibility of special and international standards our transformers are available to use on high altitudes and sea level espacially in hard conditions. In terms of not to flammable and self extinguishing, exempt of position gas contents, low noise level and low electro magnetic emision our transfomers provides environment safety.Cast Resin Type of Transformers are dampproof and also suitable to work in humity and excessive pollution ambience. Cast resin type transformers are ideal to work on  -25 °C and also can be work on  more than %95 humid environment.

CONSERVATOR TYPE TRANSFORMER

HERMETICALLY SEALED TRANSFORMER

Produced within a power range between 10 – 3.150 kVA, up to 36 kV high voltage level, three phase or single phase, oil immersed, ONAN and/or ONAF, with Off-Load or On-Load Tap Changer, used both external and internal.Being closed to atmosphere, there is no oxygen in Hermetically Sealed Transformers. Thus, aging due to oxidation does not occur and transformer oil will not gather moisture. For this reason, Hermetically Sealed Transformer are more longlasting compared to Conservator Type Transformers.Height of Hermetically Sealed Transformer is lower than Conservator Type Transformer due to lack of conservator. It can be installed in small areas and has advantage of being used in compact transformer centers.
