V203 Hydraulic Tilting Check Valve

TVN V203 Hydraulic Tilting Check Valve is the non-return valve preferred in pipe networks where faster closure is required and water hammer affects needs to be absorbed. Through the counter lever and weight attached to its shaft via the hydraulic piston, ensures a soft open depending on the speed of the flow and maintains reduced closing times when flow stops. With its disc design where the center is shifted in two axis, this leads to a big improvement on decreasing operation torque values, lowering the friction on disc sealing area and extended service life. They are an inexpensive way to maintain prime on a single centrifugal pump. It is designed with a 10% larger flow area (including heavy stainless steel strainer) than the pipe size to insure minimal head loss. The valve shall be globe style, flanged with resilient seal against metal; provide full flow equal to valve size and shut-off silently. V302 Dynamic Triple Function Air Release Valve

TVN V301 Dynamic Triple Function Air Release Valve is a unique valve operating without a float, utilizing the rolling diaphragm principle. This unique structure allows the dynamic valves to discharge air from the water system in a controlled and gradual man- ner, preventing slam and local up-surges. When vacuum occurs, the valves fast reaction will draw in large volumes of air into the water system, impeding down-surges and, consequently, all pressure surges in the line. The valves are normally closed when the line is not operating, thus preventing the infiltration of foreign particles and insects into the water system. The polyethylene floats gives advantage for easier replacement. Ductile iron body increases the resistance against impacts. If the air vacuum via air release valve is less than the discharged water amount, the pipeline will face the risk of torsion. V251 Full Tie-Rod Dismantling Joint

V251 Full Tie-Rod Dismantling Joint is the crucial elements for the installation and dismantling of valves and other fittings on the pipelines. The self-restrained function enables tight sealing and stays fixed on the lines with prolonged times. Without a disman- tling joint offering longitudinal adjustment, it is almost impossible to insert a valve exactly into a pipe section. V251 dismantling joint with full-length threaded tie-rods ensures complete restraint and a leak-free operation. Thanks to this adjustability of the dismantling joint, the valve can be fitted next to the dismantling joint, and the dismantling joint can be to set to the exact length required prior to being securely connected to flanges. Larger sizes and higher pressure ratings up to 40 bar are always possible depending on customer requirements. Only high-quality EPDM or NBR qualities for water, drinking water and sewage are used for the gasket. These guarantee a clean seal for years and at the same time the movement of the dismantling joint. It is easy to install and remove thanks to the standard longitudinal adjustability of ± 25 mm and thus offers perfect support during the installation and removal of valves. High-quality FBE coatings protect TVN dismantling joints from long term corrosion. Ductile iron GGG-40/50 body galvanized 8.8 bolts, nuts and washers. The bolts, nuts and washers can be chosen as AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel. Certain types of dismantling joints are also suitable for use without restraint in flexible pipelines The ductile iron body has high resistance to the high tension stress which can occur at the pipelines.
